Communication Request Form

Pastors and Ministry Directors must submit this form to promote ministry opportunities or events. Please complete one request for each separate announcement. Announcement requests must be received by Tuesday noon to be included in that weekend's bulletin and newsletter announcements. Bulletin and weekly newsletter announcements will run two weeks and then must be rewritten and re-submitted. Requests may require approval from the Senior Pastor. Please note: facilities must be reserved separately with Mari Diaz at x221.
