Worship Teams

Eastbrook has an unusual model for worship teams.  The five teams, made up of talented and committed volunteers, plan the services themselves with the worship pastor overseeing.  This means that the musical choices are as diverse as the people in the congregation, who are represented by the worship leaders.

Worship team members are required to attend development meetings as well as rehearsals and planning sessions. Because the worship team ministry is a visible ministry, those who wish to join must first evidence their commitment—to Christ, to Eastbrook Church through membership, and to living a godly lifestyle. That commitment is demonstrated by faithful service in a less visible ministry for a significant period of time.
